Portrait of Bassem Saber

You don't have a marketing problem. You have a seniority problem.

I'm Bassem Saber. I help founders and leadership teams decide where growth should come from, build the teams to deliver it, and hold everyone to the number.

Fractional CMO and growth advisor Dubai, working across the UAE and US

I've been the agency, the founder and the investor.

In 2014 I co-founded a digital marketing agency. Since then I've built growth engines for automotive groups, hospitals, universities, hotel brands, retailers, insurers, and an e-commerce business valued at over $150 million that ships tens of thousands of orders a month.

I've also co-founded tech and digital businesses, and I invest in and run others as a managing partner. I've spent marketing budgets that were my own money, not just my clients'. That changes how you think. I don't care about impressions or clicks. I care whether your business is bigger, more profitable and more valuable a year from now.

The part I enjoy most is the part most people skip: getting the strategy right, then putting the right people in the right seats to deliver it.

More than one billion dollars in revenue generated for the businesses I've worked with.

Founders usually call me after saying one of these.

  • We've been through three agencies. None of them moved the needle.

The agency is rarely the only problem. Usually nobody senior was setting direction or holding them to it.

  • My team works hard, but I'm not sure they've done this at our scale.

Effort isn't experience. I'll show you where the gaps are and whether to close them in-house or outside.

  • We're ready to scale. I just don't know where the next dollar should go.

I'll show you where money is working, where it's leaking, and what deserves more of it.

  • I can't tell if what we're doing is good, or just busy.

An independent audit answers that honestly, before you spend another quarter guessing.

What I own.

Everything that decides whether your marketing and sales spend turns into growth.

Growth strategy
Where to play, what to fund, what to stop, and the numbers that prove it.
Paid media
Account structure, budget allocation and optimisation priorities across Google, Meta and beyond.
Analytics and attribution
Tracking you can trust, and a model that credits what actually drove the sale.
CRM and automation
Segmentation, lifecycle journeys and remarketing built to grow customer lifetime value.
Brand
Guidelines that hold across your website, social, influencers and every other touchpoint.
Teams and partners
Who to hire, who to outsource, where they should sit, and how to manage them.
AI and agents
Automation where it genuinely saves time and money. Not where it doesn't.

What I don't do.

I don't run your ads, design your posts or write your emails. My job is to decide what's worth doing and make sure it gets done well. Execution sits with your team, your agencies, or specialists I bring in.

If you're looking for a hands-on ads specialist, I'll connect you with my agency instead.

Four ways to work with me.

Retainers range from $5,000 to $20,000 per month, depending on scope. One-off engagements are priced to the need.

How I work.

It starts with a short application and a complimentary introductory call. If we agree to work together, this is what happens next.

  1. Understand

I interview the right people across your business and audit everything: ads, analytics, CRM, brand, team and agencies.

    Typically 10 to 50 hours

  2. Plan

You get a detailed action plan: steps, deliverables, priorities, owners, timelines, KPIs, the investment needed and the return to expect.

    Typically 10 to 50 hours

  3. Lead

I manage the plan every month. Teams and agencies are held to it, and it changes when the data says it should.

    Typically 10 to 50 hours a month

What I believe. Not everyone will like it.

  • Never hire juniors for important roles.

Always hire the best. If you can't afford them, partner with them. A fresh graduate running a seven-figure budget is not a saving.

  • Cost per acquisition is the wrong obsession.

A cheap customer who never comes back is expensive. I optimise for lifetime value, and so should you.

  • Google Ads doesn't deserve all the credit.

Search often converts because brand spend created the demand. Good attribution connects the dots instead of rewarding the last click.

  • In-house versus agency is the wrong debate.

Sometimes you need people in the building. Sometimes an agency. Sometimes talent in another country. The role decides, not ideology.

  • Playing it safe is the riskiest option.

Most businesses I meet don't overspend on marketing. They underspend, too cautiously, and then wonder why growth stalls.

  • AI, used properly, pays for itself.

I build agents and automations where they earn their keep, and skip them where they don't.

Who it's for.

A good fit

  • You run a D2C, B2C or B2B business turning over $5M to $50M a year.
  • You're in healthcare, education, entertainment, recreation, retail, e-commerce or fintech.
  • You're a founder, CEO, CMO or head of marketing in the UAE or the US.
  • You're ready to invest in growth and act on expert advice.

Not a fit

  • You want someone to run your ads day to day.
  • You're looking for the cheapest option.
  • You want to hear that everything is fine.
